- Fees are not stacked. Markup, Project Coordination, and Capital Improvements Oversight will not apply to the same scope of work.
- Routine maintenance: Vendor invoices may include a 10% markup for administration and coordination.
- Insurance claims: Insurance Claim Coordination (20%) applies when we manage the claim process, scheduling, documentation, and repair coordination.
- Preferred vendor rates and referral fees may apply.
- Pricing is subject to annual updates and in-effect rates.
