As a Florida real estate agent, you sometimes meet clients who aren't ready to sell but need someone to run their rental property. Instead of letting that relationship go cold, send them to The Cavalieri Property Management. You earn a referral fee, and they stay your client for the next deal.
We work with referring agents on a written, no-poach agreement. When your client is ready to buy, sell, or 1031, we send them back to you, not to our in-house brokerage.
Referral Fee: 10% of Annual Base Management Fee
Example: $2,500/mo rent × 6% = $150/mo × 12 = $1,800/yr × 10% = $180 referral fee. Paid within 30 days of the property going under management.
